- You'll be staying in a newly renovated villa with other young people from Praktikrejsen just a few minutes from the beach.
- It offers a relaxed atmosphere, lovely outdoor spaces, a rooftop terrace, common areas, and spacious rooms.
- Transportation between your home and the internship site is included on internship days, so you don’t have to worry about logistics in the morning.
- In addition, Praktikrejsen works Praktikrejsen taxi drivers who, in their spare time, offer our participants rides from A to B at an affordable price.

- You will become part of a local, government-funded nonprofit organization and gain real insight into working with children and young people with physical and intellectual disabilities.
- You will generally be at the centers four days a week and will be part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—not as a visitor, but as an integral part of their daily routine.
- In addition to regular internship days, there will be professional presentations on various healthcare specialties.
- The residence regularly organizes various activities and outings.
- Surfing, yoga, communal meals, weekend trips, and spontaneous adventures.
- Some activities are free—others cost a small fee. Everything is always completely voluntary, and you decide for yourself what you want to participate in.
- You have access to laundry facilities in the residence, making your daily life easier.
- We’ll prepare you before you leave with introductory meetings, support you during your stay, and help you reflect on your experience afterward, if you’d like.

After your stay, you will receive a certificate documenting your internship and your commitment.

You will receive two certificates:
- One from Praktikrejsen, which you'll receive via email
- One from our partner, which you will receive in person

Things to know before signing up

Vil du med på et ophold hos Praktikrejsen, kan du starte med at fortælle os lidt om dig selv. Vi beder dig kort beskrive din baggrund, dine ønsker til opholdet samt hvilken periode og varighed du forestiller dig.

Vi har 12 pladser på hvert hold, og opholdene er åbne for både studerende, sabbatårsstuderende og andre, der ønsker erfaring inden for sundheds- og socialområdet. Er du studerende og søger et praktikophold som en del af din uddannelse, er du også velkommen til at kontakte os – i mange tilfælde kan opholdet tilpasses, så det passer med dit studie.

Vi kører med faste 4-ugers hold, hvor alle deltagere ankommer samme dag og rejser hjem sammen igen. Det skaber et helt særligt fællesskab! Du kan vælge mellem 4 uger eller 8 uger. Vælger du 8 uger, kombinerer du to sammenhængende hold og får en endnu dybere faglig og personlig oplevelse.

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. The email will contain further details about your stay, as well as instructions for paying a reservation deposit of 1,500 DKK. Your spot will not be reserved until the deposit has been paid.

The deposit will, of course, be deducted from the total cost of the stay. The remaining balance for the stay is due 2 months prior to departure.
